Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is and is not permitted on SwarmRacks infrastructure. Last updated: April 2026.

Overview

By using SwarmRacks services you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. We operate infrastructure for legitimate businesses and individuals. We take abuse seriously — violations may result in immediate service termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Uses

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays

Hosting, distributing, or facilitating distribution of malware, ransomware, or exploit kits

Operating botnets, command-and-control servers, or participating in DDoS attacks

Hosting phishing pages, credential-harvesting sites, or fraudulent storefronts

Unauthorized port scanning, network probing, or intrusion attempts against any host

Hosting content that depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance

Copyright infringement, software piracy, or hosting of unauthorized copyrighted material

Mining cryptocurrency in a way that disrupts or degrades shared infrastructure

Circumventing access controls or exploiting vulnerabilities on SwarmRacks systems or third-party systems

Reselling services to third parties without express written agreement as a SwarmRacks partner

Permitted Uses

Running legitimate business applications, websites, and APIs

Automated trading software (MT4/MT5 EAs, copy trading systems) on Windows VPS plans

Development, staging, and testing environments

VPN endpoints for personal or business privacy

Game servers, voice servers, and community platforms within legal bounds

Self-hosted open source applications (Nextcloud, Gitea, etc.)

Abuse Handling

We investigate all abuse reports promptly. For verified violations, we may: issue a warning and require immediate remediation; suspend the service; terminate the account; or report the activity to law enforcement, depending on severity.

To report abuse involving SwarmRacks infrastructure, contact abuse@swarmracks.com with relevant details including timestamps, IP addresses, and evidence.
