What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Lightning Network) via our self-hosted BTCPay Server. No PayPal.
How quickly are VMs provisioned?
Our Proxmox automation bridge provisions a fully operational VM — with OS, SSH keys, and networking — in under 90 seconds from payment confirmation.
What's the difference between a VPS and a Dedicated Server?
A VPS is a virtual machine on shared physical hardware — resources are isolated but the underlying server is shared. A Dedicated server is an entire physical machine allocated exclusively to you, with no virtualization overhead.
Can I get a custom VPS configuration not listed here?
Yes. Contact us and we'll quote a custom configuration. We can adjust vCPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth allocations outside of the standard tiers.
What does the Forex Elite VPS actually optimize?
Every Forex Elite order is built from scratch — not cloned from a template. We tune the kernel CPU scheduler, lock process priority for the trading terminal, set Windows power plan to maximum performance, isolate the NIC, and pre-stage MT4/MT5. It is not a generic VM with MT4 copied on.
Do you offer refunds?
VPS and web hosting plans have a 48-hour pro-rated refund window. Dedicated servers, Forex Elite VPS, and custom development work are non-refundable once provisioned.
Where is the hardware located?
All hardware is owner-operated in the United States. We do not resell capacity from AWS, Azure, or any other cloud provider. Your workloads run on physical hardware we own.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. VPS plans can be upgraded live with a brief restart. Storage upgrades and plan changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are applied at the next billing cycle.
