How SwarmRacks collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: April 2026.

1. Who We Are

SwarmRacks is an owner-operated hosting and development company based in North Carolina, USA. We operate swarmracks.com and provide managed hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and custom development services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account or contacting us — including name, email, phone number, company, and payment details. We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provision and manage services; send transactional emails (invoices, notifications); respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud; and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third Parties We Use

We use: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), BTCPay (crypto payments), Resend (email), Proxmox (infrastructure), Google Analytics (traffic analytics), and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and sessions. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. UTM parameters and visitor identifiers may be stored in local storage to attribute signups to marketing channels.

6. Data Retention

Account and billing data is retained while your account is active and up to 7 years after closure for legal compliance. Server logs are retained up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@swarmracks.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; request a copy; or object to certain processing. Contact support@swarmracks.com to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted storage, HTTPS-only connections, Row Level Security on our database, and role-based access controls.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe we have.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
