Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all SwarmRacks hosting plans and development services. Last updated: April 2026.
Hosting Plans (Monthly)
Managed hosting plans are billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your plan at any time through the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access and the service continues to run until that date.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, no refund is issued for the remainder of that period.
30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts: If you sign up for a managed hosting plan and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at support@swarmracks.com for a full refund of your first month's payment. This applies to the first plan purchased and cannot be combined with promotional pricing.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a refund for the unused months (calculated at the monthly equivalent rate, not the discounted annual rate). After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
Development & Custom Services
Development and custom service engagements are governed by the written proposal or statement of work you receive before work begins. Deposit payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel a project before work begins and no deliverables have been started, any deposit paid may be refunded at our discretion. Cancellations after deliverable work has begun are assessed based on the portion of work completed, and unused funds may be applied as credit toward future services.
Managed VPS Administration (Retainer)
Managed administration retainers are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 7 days notice before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after it has started.
Service Termination by SwarmRacks
SwarmRacks reserves the right to terminate service for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. In cases of termination without cause by SwarmRacks, a prorated refund for the unused period will be provided.
How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests to support@swarmracks.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
