Managed Operations — Application Required

We Run Your Servers.
You Run Your Business.

Senior Linux administration delivered as a managed service. OS hardening, patch management, monitoring, and backups — handled by engineers who treat your production environment like their own.

This is an application-based service — a free account is required.

The application lives in your SwarmRacks dashboard. We review every submission before onboarding to ensure we can deliver the level of service we promise. Create a free account to get started.

What You Get

Everything That Keeps Servers Alive

Not a checklist of features — actual work done by engineers on a schedule, on-call for incidents.

OS Hardening & Security Baseline

CIS-benchmarked configuration, fail2ban, firewall rules, SSH hardening, and kernel parameter tuning.

Patch Management

Scheduled security and kernel updates. We test, stage, and apply patches — you don't touch it.

24/7 Monitoring & Alerting

CPU, RAM, disk, and network thresholds. Incident triage and escalation managed by operators who know production.

Backup Automation

Configured backup jobs with validation runs and documented recovery playbooks. Not just cron jobs — tested procedures.

Pricing Model

Flat Monthly Rate. No Surprises.

How it's priced

  • Quoted based on your server count, OS complexity, and scope of services
  • Flat monthly fee — no per-incident billing, no surprise overages
  • Pricing is set and confirmed before any work begins

Requirements

Who Qualifies

We keep the bar honest — we can't manage what we can't access or what doesn't fit the service model.

Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, CentOS)
Minimum 1, no maximum server count
Works on SwarmRacks infrastructure or external VPS (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.)
Root or sudo access must be grantable to our team
Server must be reachable over SSH (or we help configure that)
The Process

How Onboarding Works

01

Submit an Application

Create an account and fill out the application in your dashboard. Tell us about your servers, OS, what you need managed, and your budget.

02

Engineering Review

Our team reviews your application within 1–2 business days. We check fit, capacity, and whether your environment is compatible.

03

Approval & Onboarding

If approved, we send a service agreement with a flat monthly rate and begin onboarding. We get access, harden the environment, and take it from there.
